Salmon tartare two strawberry




Preparation 15 minutes

4 servings
INGREDIENTS

300 g - Fresh salmon
150 g - Smoked Salmon
1 Avocado, diced
½ cup (125 ml) - Spicy Mayonnaise 
½ cup (125 ml) - Strawberries, diced
½ cup (125 ml) - Puffed rice or tempura
To taste - Salt and pepper




Cut the fresh salmon fillet into small cubes and place in a bowl.
In the same bowl, crumble the salmon on fresh salmon. Add avocado, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
To serve, gently mix with strawberries and puffed rice. If necessary, adjust the seasoning.
Garnish with sprouts or greens, if desired.
* Spicy Mayonnaise: Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

1 cup (250 ml) - Quality Mayonnaise
2 c. tablespoons (30 ml) - Plain yogurt
1 c. tsp (5 ml) - Sriracha Sauce
2 c. tsp (10 ml) - Pickled ginger, finely chopped
2 c. tsp (10 ml) - green onion, finely chopped
To taste - Salt and pepper
